I spent the Superbowl weekend in Las Vegas and had a great time. Now it is back to work!
On our drive back from Las Vegas we stopped by House #6 to visit our stucco crew finishing up their job. The guy we hired gave a great price but had been a little flakey. We where very happy to see he was almost done and was going to have everything done today.
On the other house front we closed escrow on House #8 and House #11. House #8 will be a really quick rehab and should be done mid-Feb. House #11 we probably will not stay for two or three weeks.
