This is what I do then when they call I get there email and send them instructions on how to view it and let them know they are the only one with the code for security reasons so don't give the code to anyone else. Then I can track who went in and when and feel pretty secure about the whole thing. If they like it I use transunion for there app and send them a link which they pay for and fill out and I get a copy of it.
