Im not sure what type of neighborhood it is but if it is a decent neighborhood you may want to consider putting a realtor lockbox on it and then generate 1 day codes.

This is what I do then when they call I get there email and send them instructions on how to view it and let them know they are the only one with the code for security reasons so don&#039;t give the code to anyone else.

Then I can track who went in and when and feel pretty secure about the whole thing.

If they like it I use transunion for there app and send them a link which they pay for and fill out and I get a copy of it.

Sure makes it a lot easier.
