I thought the video was fine.  I didn&#039;t appear too shaky at all.  The only thing I would have like to know is how much repair cost you estimate per room.  Example so we saw all the damage in the Kitchen but it appears to be water base paint so hopefully easy repair.  But outside of that I found it very helpful.  Nice work! Make sure you expense the camera as a business expense ...</description>

		<description>According to the neighbors the old owner spend 4 days dismantling all his add-ons.  But it seems like stuff had sproatically disappeared along the way: pool equipment, koi pond stuff, palm trees, etc.

One our workers came by the property and said some of the palm trees in the back yard are worth over 10,000 alone.</description>
