A wealth of great information! We just bought a Fannie Mae property in Austin and even with the deed restriction it was a great buy. We can’t wait to get started after closing.

Lovely house. Might I make one suggestion? Make sure the toilet lid is closed for video/pics. It really turns off the ladies.
