We are closing on House #40 early next week and I just got some pictures in. Here are the murals they had in some of the bedrooms. Probably pretty awesome for the kids that lived in the rooms, but regrettably they’re gonna have to go.
This is another pretty standard buy, we’re going to keep it as a rental. It needs a $6,000 to $7,000 rehab and should rent pretty quickly.
We have a bunch in purchase escrow so I am working on trying to get everything closed, fixed, sold or rented.
In other news, House #16 finally closed yesterday. The escrow took 45-50 days to close escrow because of the buyers had an illness in the family and to jump through a lot of qualifications.
House #32 should go into escrow soon. Just working on getting everything approved with the buyer we are going to work with. That’s all for now.
