In the summer of 2008 we started our journey as real estate investors. As we progressed to the end of the year we slowly moved our focus to working full-time as real estate investors, primarily flipping and wholesaling properties in this market. We are based in the Inland Empire of Southern California which has seen a huge decline in real estate values. At this time 75% of the properties that sell in our area are owned by banks with no equity.
The goal of this blog is to document our progress and hopefully help a couple investors along the way. As we progress we will provide weekly updates on the projects we work on.
